Yes... these are the ones that WE VOTE IN and KEEP IN Washington... and what does it say about us....these people are ONLY in Washington because they were put there by the people....

@ BoC, let hope and pray that these are the exceptions and not the rule. If not, we're in a bad way since these are the folks who make the laws we all live by...or suppose to live by...maybe their exempt.
