Sojourner's Place

what does hillary have in common with nazis?

Posted by SjP in

Just finished reading a post over at in the "Black Spin" section of that site. Now here's the deal! According to Alexis Stodghill's blog post entitled Clinton Bashes Rev. Wright, Worships with Nazis, Senator Clinton attends type of "church" that is described as "an organization cultivated in an open quest for power with a controversial history, an un-Democratic modus operendi and ties to destructive political regimes".

D**N! Sound just like her - doesn't it? Stodgill goes on to report that Jeff Sharlet speaks specifically to these facts in the soon to be released "The Family: The Secret Fundamentalism at the Heart of American Power". Now when this book comes out, it will be very difficult to peg Sharlet as a quack. The contributing editor for Harper's and Rolling Stone, his work has also appeared in the Washington Post, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Columbia Journalism Review, Oxford American and others.

And if that's not bad enough, Huffington Post columnist and best selling author, Barbara Ehrenreich is blogging about this to and says: In the 1940s, The Family reached out to former and not-so-former Nazis, and its fascination with that exemplary leader, Adolph Hitler, has continued, along with ties to a whole bestiary of murderous thugs. Ehrenreich further states that: Furthermore, the Family takes credit for some of Clinton's rightward legislative tendencies, including her support for a law guaranteeing "religious freedom" in the workplace, such as for pharmacists who refuse to fill birth control prescriptions and police officers who refuse to guard abortion clinics.

Now trust me Sojourners, this story will hit...and it will hit big! When it does, and as I commented on Stodghill's post: First she'll [Hillary] deny it...then she'll say she miss-spoke...then she'll say that she's since left the church...and finally, Chelsea will say it's "none of your business" cause that's the "Clinton Way".

Obliged to you for hearing me, and now old Sojourner('s Place) ain't got nothing more to say.

4 sojourners hollin' back

I heard about this right after the Rev. Wright story broke...

I was thinking that she was keeping her mouth shut on Rev. Wright because of her affiliation with this "church"...but then she went and opened her big mouth...let the floodgates open!

Thank you for sharing the links and your insights on this group. I actually hadn't heard of them until yesterday when researching comments from Hillary's former pastor on Jeremiah Wright. I guess this church is the religious equivalent of the skulls and crossbones groups that many white males from Ivy League schools belong to ...

Villager:I hadn't heard of them either until yesterday. I thought the exact same thing when in reading the other posts. But, the "church" may not be the equivalent as much as a subsidiary of Skull and Bones as both appear to have very strong German ties...which is very scarey because S&B is the organization that is said to have "started the CIA', "produced" more CIA agents and directors, presidents (members and non-members), and finance mogals. In fact, its rumored that Clinton (Bill)"owes" his presidency to Skull and Bones even though he wasn't a member. So for me, this news is very interesting. SjP
